The villa is in Dominica Republic, situated in the center of Guavaberry Golf and Country Club directly overlooks the 9th hole of the course. Guarded compound of the club is 30 km from Santo Domingo international airport and it has a private beach at the Caribbean Sea with a beach club equipped with a restaurant, bar, swimming pool and jacuzzi with waterfalls.
